A reminder of the ‘Meet the Teacher  dates’ as follows: Years 1 and 2 on Monday 14th September, Years 3 and 4 on Tuesday 15th September and Years 5 and 6 on Thursday 17th September. The meetings are held in the year group classrooms and begin at 9.10 am and finish at 9.30. The meeting is informal and is an opportunity to say hello to the class teacher if you haven’t already done so, find out more about expectations of your child this year and an overview of the curriculum for the year.

School Council Elections

Elections will be held next week to elect school councillors from each class. Reception will hold their election a bit later in the term.

Children were given letters detailing the after school clubs on offer this half term. If you haven’t received one check your child’s book bag or ask at the office for a copy.

Parent Consultation Evenings

The autumn term Parent and Carer consultation evenings are on Tuesday 13th October and Wednesday 14th October. During the meeting you will find out how your child has settled into their new year group and their learning targets. More information to follow nearer the time.
